The above position exists with our client a large group of companies in Abu Dhabi. Ideal candidate will hold a University degree preferably with professional qualification as CPA/ CMA. He must possess at least 12 years relevant work experience of which at least 6 years should have been in a supervisory role. Previous experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures of a large organization; preparing business forecasts, implementing cost controls, budgeting, fund management, overseeing finance/ accounting teams, financial reporting etc. are essential.

Our client, a leading Bank in the region, seeks to hire a Call Centre professional with 3-4 years experience as a supervisor preferably within a reputed Bank or Financial institution.
The Manager, Call Center manages the day-to-day operations of the call center members , telesales officer & the complain handling requests to ensure that all Direct Bankers activities are directed to meet the required service standards & indicators with efficient MIS records and deliver superior services to existing and potential customers. He will also be responsible for ensuring customer's data is updated, team training & development, cross-selling of Bank's products, accurate and timely MIS, monitoring calls and counseling, regular follow up with Customer Relation Unit to minimize & solve complaints.

SENIOR PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Construction Projects (Dubai)
Our client is a large Construction and Development organization involved in prestigious projects in Dubai. They now seek to hire an experienced Projects Accountant and with the following responsibilities:
Timely reporting of the actual results for the respective business units utilizing Oracle Job Cost, Estate Master and other applications.
Documenting monthly variances and alert on permanent variances; Capture any overspending.
Accurate and timely delivery of monthly development forecasts by agreed time.
Accurate and timely delivery of revenue recognition calculations for respective projects.
Assist in preparing and updating the respective business units Business Plan.
Assist in preparing and updating project profitability forecast.
Our mandate is to identify a qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with over 5 yrs. experience in large construction projects. He must be proficient in Accounting and cost management process/techniques, Financial modeling techniques including advanced level knowledge of MS Excel with strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS). Knowledge of forecasting tools such as Estate Master will be advantageous.
Salary: Dh. 16,000/- to 20,000/- (Negotiable for the right candidate)

EXPEDITING SUPERVISOR
Qatar
The above position exists with our client, a large Oil/Gas company in Qatar. The main scope of the position will be to plan, supervise and coordinate all expediting activities for the materials purchased through Supply Department. Ensure safe and timely receipt of materials ordered, including materials exported for repairs / replacement. Maintain close coordination with end user, warehouse, purchasing suppliers, freight forwarders and related government agencies. Preparation and maintenance of all expediting related documentation, records and progress / status / periodical reports ensuring compliance of company procurement policy. Effective planning and expediting prior to shutdowns in order to achieve shutdown target dates.
Applicants for the above will have 5 years experience in materials purchasing and expediting with a large industrial concern, preferably oil and gas industry. Familiarity with SAP will be a big plus.
