URGENTLY REQUIRED MAJOR OIL & GAS PROJECTS IN THE UAE & QATAR

RESERVOIR ENGINEER (SIMULATION)
BSc Degree in Petroleum Engineering, chemical engineering or science with a minimum of 12 years experience in the oil industry in sub-surface engineering with minimum of 9 years as Reservoir Engineer involved in reservoir simulation studies (both black-oil and compositional).
Strong background of handling SCAL (capillary pressure and relative permeability) and hydrocarbon phase behavior data with good experience in using PVT packages.
Strong knowledge of reservoir management practices. Fluent user of Eclipse (black oil and compositional) and its suite of programs. Fluent user of UNIX operating system.
Good knowledge of Well test analysis and industry standard well testing packages, experience of gas injection projects. Knowledge of engineering economics
Good communication skills and technical report writing in English. Negotiable salary terms.

RESERVOIR ENGINEER (MANAGEMENT)
BSc Degree in Petroleum Engineering, chemical engineering or science with a minimum of 12 years experience in the oil industry in sub-surface engineering with minimum of 9 years as Reservoir Engineer involved in reservoir management studies and its related activities. Candidates should be able to conduct, interpret and participate in; reservoir data gathering, evaluations, reservoir studies and reservoir surveillance activities.
Strong knowledge of development plan evaluation, fluent user of reservoir management packages, e.g. OFM, FINDER.

Experience in handling reservoir pressure data analysis PBU, PFO and BHCIP/BHFP data. Experience in Well test analysis and industry standard well testing packages.
Ability to analysis well data from newly drilled wells, experience in reservoir/well performance evaluation and performance prediction. Strong knowledge in PVT analysis and sampling collection and production logging tools, e.g. TDT, RST MDT
Good communication skills and technical report writing in English. Negotiable salary terms.

PETROLEUM ENGINEER
BSc Degree in Petroleum Engineering, chemical engineering or science with a minimum of 12 years experience as a Petroleum Engineer involved in reservoir management, well engineering and petroleum engineering studies.
Competent in well planning/design, well intervention and well maintenance, and experience in Nordal analysis (inflow/outflow performance). Skilled in Production Logging interpretation (PLT, WFL).

Strong knowledge of reservoir monitoring activities (pressure, fluid sampling, flow testing, etc). Good knowledge of Well test analysis and in industry standard well testing packages
Good knowledge of production chemistry, including production design of treatments, i.e. Asphaltene deposition, scales and corrosion problems. Exposure to water flooding and gas injection projects. Strong knowledge of artificial life (i.e. ESP) techniques
Good communication skills and technical report writing in English. Negotiable salary terms.

RESERVOIR GEOLOGIST
BSc Degree in Reservoir Geology or science, with a minimum of 12 years experience in the oil industry in sub-surface engineering with minimum experience of 9 years as Reservoir Geologist involved in reservoir management studies and its related activities. Candidates should be able to conduct, interpret and participate in; reservoir data gathering, evaluations, reservoir modeling studies and reservoir development activities.

Activities include; reservoir static modeling and development plan studies, well planning and drilling results analysis, data gathering plan, well prognosis, well logging interpretation and QC.
Strong knowledge of carbonate reservoirs, reservoir static modeling, experience in calculating oil in place and uncertainties analysis. Good experience in modeling fractured reservoirs, and correlations/layering and picking formation top.

Fluent user of reservoir modeling and mapping packages. i.e. Petrel/RMS, Finder, strong knowledge in planning of multi-lateral wells, and core/fracture description and rock typing.
Knowledge in logging interpretation and QC, ability to follow-up and monitor drilling activities, ability to analyse well data from newly drilled wells

Good communication and technical writing in English. Negotiable salary terms.

REQUIRED FOR A REPUTED FINANCIAL INSTITUTE IN THE GULF

SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Certification in Software Testing (STE, QA) with a minimum of 6 years' software development or QA testing experience for Unix or Windows applications.

Expertise with testing Windows and Unix database related applications. Major responsibilities for this position include authoring test design specifications, test case development, and day-to-day testing of multiple applications; Review of project documentation such as functional and design specs. and publish test status reports;

Experience with troubleshooting product problems. Understanding of Windows/NT or UNIX development environments and test strategies. Experience with test automation, shell scripting or coding is desirable; working knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server, etc.

DATA ANALYST
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience and an in-depth knowledge of data management processes across several asset classes.
Familiarity with desktop and networked applications, data feeds, databases and analytical software, including those used by investment professionals (e.g. Reuters, Bloomberg, and FactSet) will be highly considered.

Must be a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong initiative and desire to succeed in a challenging environment requiring multi-tasking and frequently shifting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with an array of internal and external associates and clients.

Vendor relationship management experience, including problem resolution and ensuring service levels. Must be highly responsive in incident management including facilitation of resolution and communication.

WEB DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience with some or all of the following

web development skills in: PHP, Cold Fusion, SQL, XML, HTML, MySQL, Perl, Linux, Unix, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, Macromedia Flash, Dream weaver, Adobe CS 8, CSS, Maya Studio 8.
