Leads a team of workshop personnel (Including contracted manpower) charged with the maintenance of static and rotating equipment including piping, pressure vessels, heating exchangers, all types of valves in a well-equipped machine shop. Welding & Fabrication shop and Valve shop. Is responsible for the maintenance of Heavy construction equipment and facilities of Industrial buildings including HVAC and Electrical equipment.

3.PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEERS
BS Degree in Instrumentation PLUS a minimum of 5 years experience in automation and advanced control systems in petrochemical plants, good problem solving skills, English communication and computer skills.

Job Description:
Gives support to operations on automation and control systems (APC,DCS, MES, PLC, ESD) on process related subjects to meet operation targets on volume; quality, product transaction and start-ups /shutdowns. Acts as main focal point and coordinates between the operations and automation groups on technical matters. Participates in the planning and implementation of all system modifications, expansions and installation. Creates, reviews, follows up and files any change requests related with control systems/automation. Responsible to keep e.g. logic description and relevant standard operating procedures up-to-date, and gives input for other documents (P&IDs, logic diagram,etc) to the relevant departments. Liaises between operations and IT on manufacturing applications relied with PE, such as batch tracking and MES reporting.

4.MAINT. CONTRACT ENGINEER
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. With a min. six (6) years experience in contracts administration and control in an industrial environment preferably in an oil/gas/petrochemical plant at an Engineer level. Excellent English language communication (both written and spoken) plus the ability to draft contract work scopes independently is a must and have good computer skills.

Responsible for the administration and control of all outsourced services and manpower related to maintenance. Assist in identifying maintenance works suitable for contracting out and writes detailed technical specifications and scope of work. Prepares budgetary estimates for contract work. Monitors cost and prepares reports. Evaluates contractor performance. Provides work instructions to contracted personnel. With min. 4 years in field supervision experience and experienced in computerized maintenance management system like SAP, Maximo etc.

Job Description:
Responsible for setting up, maintaining & improving maintenance systems for the equipments (stationery & rotating) in all the operation areas in compliance with the latest engineering standard and practices, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of equipments in the olefin and polyolefin plants, providing advice on the material and spares management; failure analysis.

7.INSPECTION ENGINEER
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Technology with by 5 years of relevant exp. in (petrochemical)Industry, with working knowledge of SAP PM module and must have held level 3 inspector UT/MT/PT/RT. Should have good communication skills in English.

Job Descriptions:
Responsible to develop risk based inspection programs and corresponding inspection Instructions and Procedures. Analyze the results of inspections and feeds results back into the risk Based Inspection Software. Writes Inspection Procedures for the Internal and external Inspectors to comply with. Guides and supports the Inspectors in the execution of the inspection. Provides input to the annual maintenance and inspection budget and to the TA - scope and budget.

8.PROJECT PLANNER
Diploma to any engineering discipline with at least 5 years exp. in a supervisory role in site project construction activities. Experienced with SAP PS/MM/PM modules. MS-Project, and/or P3. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Job Descriptions:
Will act as the cement between the design office and the internal or external site execution teams and brings the projects from the drawing table into the field; prepare day, week and monthly planning for the field execution of all plant modification projects; studies the work to map all resources and services (scaffolding, insulation…)needed, prepare work permits, task risk assessments; assure that all resources are available by making early stage material reservations, purchase requirements, contract requisitions, review external contractor's execution planning and conduct actual progress follow-up and reports accordingly.

10.CONTROL TECHNICIANS
