1) MANAGER DOCUMENTATION
A Leading Manufacturing Company requires a Manager to LEAD its documentation Department. An individual with proven track record in a large manufacturing, trading or Banking Company in the Documentation or Trade Finance Department for at least 10 years of which minimum 5 years at Managerial Level with thorough knowledge of and experience in
UCP 500, URC 522, URR 525, URDG 528,
Defining Export LC requirements (all types) including preparation of LC Drafts and communicating these to Customers in line with Contractual requirements.
Coordinating with Sales/Marketing Department for smooth execution of Sales Contracts
Vetting Export LCs and seeking Necessary amendments from Customers to make the LC workable
Vetting all types of Bank Guarantees
Coordinating with Shipping and Logistics Department of the Company to ensure that shipments take place within the Shipment Deadlines of LCs and/or Contractual requirements
Supervising the Preparation, Submission, Clean negotiation and Realisation of all export documents under LCs or otherwise
Managing the Guarantee Portfolio including submission and realisation of Claims
Managing the Legalisation of Export documents
Dealing with Banks for all Export LC and Bank Guarantee matters
Good Knowledge of Commercial Contracts including Inco Terms 2000
Coordinating with the Receivables Department for ensuring realisation from Export Documents have been properly appropriated
The individual should have very good Interpersonal, Supervisory and Customer Relationship skills, with good Computer Literacy and preferably basic knowledge of Spoken Arabic; he should be aged around 40 years, preferably with Gulf experience

2) INTERNAL AUDITOR
The ideal candidate should be a pleasant personality, well groomed and meet the following requirements:
Preferably CA/CPA, Age 35 to 45
Minimum 5 years proven post qualification experience as an Internal Auditor specialized in System Audit, Procedural Audit & Management Audit.
Knowledge of Investments plus.
Positive approach is a prerequisite.
Effective communication and relationship skills with Finance Managers, Chief Accountants and Accountants.
Report the Findings, Irregularities, Recommendation and Follow up.

3) MARKETING EXECUTIVES - Bilingual Age: 30 years Qualification: MBA in marketing
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years experience in FMCG in marketing and marketing strategies, preferably in commodities business.
Strong selling and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Arabic with good written communication skills.
Good knowledge of dealing with international market
Result and goal oriented
Salary, negotiable

4) BAGGING/LOADING SUPERVISOR
Age should be around 30 years
Qualification: Graduate. Arabic/English speaking
Experience: At least 3 years in bagging department
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be having the knowledge of good judgement, prepration of overtime sheet, loading report, miantaining log book, good housekeeping

5) ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES - English / BIlingual (Two positions)
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Age should be around 30-35 years
B.Com. or M.Com Graduate.
With minimum 5 years experience as an accountant of which at least 2 years in supervisory category
Well versed with General Accounting principles and practical knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Practical knowledge of preparing Monthly Accounts upto finalization and providing MIS to the management.
Good knowledge of preparing cash flow statements and budgeting processes.
Experience in dealing with internal/external auditors/Banks/Clients.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Modifies original plan to accommodate changing conditions and recommends appropriate actions. Coordinates and participates in the commissioning of a new maintenance management system. Participates in the selection/testing of a new version of Work Management System.

Min. Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Petroleum/mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Defines the Outline Statement of Requirements (SOR) and participates in preparing Decision Support Package for ASSESS and SELECT stage of various projects as required.

He should have a sound understanding of offshore engineering and construction principles, experience with the design, installation and operation of subsea production systems and have had at least 5+ years of pervising/working with the use of dedicated construction/inspection and deepwater intervention support vessels.
