The Subsurface group of our Client is recognized as a pacesetting technical team. TECHNICAL ENGINEERING ADVISOR - 12173 Role: Advises on potential technical improvements in the area of drilling operations, petroleum engineering, geosciences and production engineering. Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree with minimum 15 years diversified and multi disciplinary experience in the area of drilling and petroleum engineering.
TECHNICAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST - 12177 Role: Provides technical Engineering Support to the Sub-Surface Group. Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree with minimum 10-15 years technical Engineering background in both upstream and downstream engineering with sound knowledge in conducting feasibility studies and project reporting in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Projects.
HEAD OF TECHNICAL PLANNING 12179Role: Leads a team of engineers and planners in the preparation and development of planning models for major capital drilling and completion projects, production for onshore and offshore operations plus associated plant development and offshore facilities interface activities. Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree with at least 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry that includes Drilling and br gas plant operations.
TECHNICAL PLANNING ADVISOR 12180 Role: Executes all sub-surface and appropriate surface technical planning activities. Prepares and Develops planning models for major capital drilling and completion projects, production for onshore and offshore operations plus associated plant development and offshore facilities interface activities. Qualification/Experience: An engineering degree in a relevant technical discipline with at least 15 years broad based petroleum industry experience includes Drilling and /or gas plant operations.
PLANNING SPECIALIST 12181 Role: Assists with the preparation and development of planning models, schedules, Subsurface project cost estimates, production estimates for onshore and offshore operations plus associated plant and offshore facility development. Qualification/Experience: An engineering degree in a relevant technical discipline with at least 15 years broad based petroleum industry experience.
BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION ADVISOR 12182 Role: Develops strategic Continuous Improvement Processes related to Business Enhancement. Assist in the integration of overall initiatives; management of changes on systems, methods, procedures to help identify implement and manage Continuous Improvement Initiatives for various Departments within the Subsurface Group.
Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree with minimum 15 years diversified and multi-disciplinary experience spanning from business administration, work flow processes, continuous improvement practices, quality management and project management.
TECHNICAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST / ADVISOR 12183 Role: Advises Continuous Improvement Department management on potential improvements to the Sub-Surface Group’s technical processes in the areas of drilling operations, petroleum engineering, geosciences production operations, production engineering, and facilities. Develops, proposes and champions these continuous improvement processes to optimize the application of technology related to the development and operation of the largest gas field in the world, and associated production facilities. The incumbent also provides expert support and/or leadership to multidisciplinary work teams handling assigned, generally cross-functional special projects
. Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree with minimum 10- 15 years diversified and multi disciplinary experience in the area of drilling and petroleum engineering
RESERVOIR ENGINEERING SPECIALIST 12184 Role: Performs a variety of technical work related to reservoir engineering. Qualification/Experience: B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with minimum 10 years experience (including at least 3 years gas-condensate experience) in reservoir engineering development and surveillance activities covering reservoir simulation, well testing, well and reservoir performance monitoring.
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING SPECIALIST 12185 Role: Developing, supervising, controlling, interpreting and evaluating all well testing, sampling, and production operations in the field, onshore and offshore.
Qualification/Experience: B.Sc. in Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant experience, of which at least 3 years Operations Supervisory role.
RESERVOIR ENGINEER 12186 Role: Contributes to projects related to reservoir engineering data acquisition and its analysis for reservoir development and surveillance.
Qualification/Experience:
B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with minimum 7 years experience including at least 3 years gas-condensate and reservoir studies, reservoir performance modeling, and reservoir surveillance activities including the development plan evaluation, well prognosis, data gathering plan, well data analysis of new/producing wells.
PETROLEUM ENGINEERING ADVISOR 12187 Role: Advises the Petroleum Engineering Department for Budget, Cost, Planning and Scheduling, Operations Integrity Management System, Process Workflow, Procedure Development and all other Business related activities.
Qualification/Experience: B.Sc. in Engineering with minimum 15 years diversified and multi disciplinary Oil and Gas experience spanning from Subsurface to Production , Operations, Planning and EHS,
HEAD OF SURVEILLANCE PRODUCTION ENGINEERING 12188 Role: Management of the Production Engineering Surveillance team. Qualification/Experience: B.Sc. in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 will be in an Operations Supervisory role.
DATA MANAGEMENT ANALYST 12189 Role: Establishes and maintains effective data management systems for all Petroleum Engineering related data types. Provides user support in both GeoQuest and Landmark computing environments and contributes to the delivery of high quality application and data support solutions.
Qualification/Experience: University degree with minimum 8 years Data Management experience, at least 4-5 years broad based petroleum industry experience.
COMPLETIONS ADVISOR 12193 Role: To identify, research, and apply new technologies to improve Completion efficiency and well performance. Completion types include HTHP sour gas wells drilled offshore from a jack-up rig and onshore water/gas injection wells. Qualification/Experience: An Engineering degree with minimum 15 years post-degree experience in Completion Engineering including 5 years in new field development.
DRILLING/COMPLETIONS ENGINEERING SPECIALIST 12194Role: Provides technical engineering analysis and develops written procedures for the drilling and/or completion phases for offshore sour gas wells. Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree from an accredited University with a minimum of 10 years relevant drilling and/or completions experience.
MATERIALS CONTROL SUPERVISOR 12195 Role: To oversee and control material movements at the drilling warehouse including receipt, checking, and efficient storage of purchased materials. Responsible for tracking and transferal of materials from the shorebase to the rigs.
Qualification/Experience: Bachelor degree or equivalent with -8 years strong materials handling / tracking, accounting, and database skills and experience in the oilfield drilling and completion. Background in QA / QC principles desirable, but must have a thorough knowledge of oilfield drilling equipment.
AIR OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR 12196 Role: To provide logistics expertise in all aspects relating to the offshore air activities. To provide helicopter planning and administrative support to Company Personnel. To plan) co-ordinate and oversee movements of personnel, supplies, materials, equipment spare parts and other items to and from company locations Onshore and Offshore.
Qualification/Experience: University Degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years diversified experience in Logistics/Aviation/Personnel management, in the oil & gas industry. Must have extensive knowledge of helicopter capabilities and operational limits, various civil aviation/safety regulations and requirements for associated facilities.
QUALITY ENGINEER 12197 Role: Provides quality assurance and quality control for goods and services used in the drilling and completions of gas wells, such as oil country tubulars, Christmas trees, wellheads, wire line services, well testing services, and drilling rigs. Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree with minimum 5 years experience in a quality-related field in drilling/oilfield related inspection, manufacturing, or quality/procurement, and with 8 years of total work experience.
BUSINESS SUPPORT ADVISOR 12198 Role: Provides overall high level cross-functional advice and support to the Department Management across all Business Support activities in the area of Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Legal, Financial, and Commercial (Contracts/Procurement). Overall Responsibility for Operation & Development of the Subsurface SAP system — SAP Value of Goods & Services currently being processed exceeds $1 Billion.
Qualification/Experience: An Engineering Degree with 15+ years of relevant/diversified experience in Oil & Gas Industry preferably in the Middle East.
HEAD OF PURCHASING 12199 Role: To manage the team responsible for the post contract procurement issues, in an ethical, reliable, timely and cost effective manner for the Material procurement services (including Expediting, Vendor Database and Agreements) for the Company’s operational onshore and offshore requirements. Qualification/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with Minimum 10-15 years contract engineering experience including 5 years within Oil & Gas industry and at least 3 years in a senior position.
COST ANALYST 12200 Role: To provide Cost Analysis support to the Sub-surface group. Interface between Finance and the various departments for the purpose of cost analysis cash calls, cost reporting and support activities. Assist with development of Sub-surface 5 year budget and well cost estimates.
Qualification/Experience: University graduate in Accounting or Business Administration; internationally recognized Accounting credentials (e.g., CPA, CA) would be an advantage, with minimum 8 years relevant experience preferably in the Middle East. Must have strong PC skills and familiarity with accounting software and SAP.
