SALES ENGINEER - Abu Dhabi
The successful candidate will be a well presented individual in the age group of 25 - 35 years, with a degree/diploma in mechanical engineering and minimum three years experience in sales of industrial equipment/tools to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Marine Engineering industries. The candidate should be well presented, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and have an aggressive approach to sales and marketing. He/She will be fluent in both written and spoken English, will have excellent communication skills and be prepared to work as a member of a team.
A valid UAE Driving license is essential.
Key responsibilities:
The generation of sales enquiries for the products and services offered by the company within the Abu Dhabi market with an emphasis on identifying and developing potential new clients
Preparation of professional quotations
Negotiation of pricing/terms and conditions
Increasing the sales revenue of the company
The position will provide the successful applicant with a good basic salary, performance based incentive package, company vehicle, Accommodation allowance, annual air ticket and health insurance.

OPERATIONS/SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS MANAGER - Jebel Ali
The successful candidate will be a well presented individual with a minimum of five years experience in the areas of procurement, logistics, and order processing. The required person will head a department of 3-4 people with the responsibility of handling all of the activities involved from the receipt of a confirmed order from a client through to the successful and timely delivery of the goods to the client.
As a UK based manufacturer serving distributors in the Middle East, CIS and Indian Sub-Continent the responsibilities of the department include;
Entering of customer orders onto the companies computer system
Procurement of out of stock items from our UK factory
Progressing of outstanding material in co-ordination with our UK factory
Liasing with our distributors/customers ensuring that they are fully up to date with the status of their ordered material
Co-ordination and arrangement of shipments from our UK factory by sea/air
Receiving of shipments into our warehouse and preparation of receiving documentation
Preparation of shipping documents for re-export of goods to our many dealers around the region
Ensuring that the warehouse is maintained in a clean, safe and efficient manner
Inventory control

OFFICE SECRETARY CUM RECEPTIONIST - Jebel Ali
The successful candidate will be of 25-40 years of age, have a pleasant but confident personality, be a well presented individual with a minimum of three years experience as a secretary/Receptionist and will have an excellent command of English (written and spoken). He/She will also have ADVANCED skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and will be capable of working to deadlines under pressure.
Key responsibilities:
Handling a busy switchboard of eight lines and directing calls to the relevant personnel within the office
Maintaining filing systems
Maintaining stock of office supplies
Co-ordinating business travel arrangements of the management
Manage staff holiday records and arrange travel
Assisting the sales department with mailing/marketing campaigns
Corresponding on behalf of the Regional Director as and when required
Liaise with courier companies for receipt and tracking of couriered documents
Arrange office maintenance with selected sub-contractor
Preparation of Power Point Presentations based on guidelines provided by the management as and when required
Be able to take the minutes of meetings
Greet “walk in” customers and direct them to the right person within the company.
