THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the property industry. A proven track record with property & leasing procedures, negotiating contracts with third parties, forming partnerships and experience of working on multiple projects across several markets.

Good internal/external communicator being able to build strong relationships, influencing and presenting at a senior level.
