The Client:
Our Client is a large group, who are currently looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their dynamic management team.

The Challenges:
To assist on financial due diligence on various proposals.
To perform financial analysis
To advise on deal and accounting structure.
To address and improve internal controls.
To challenge current operating structure to assess efficiency opportunities and help drive cost optimization.
Main responsibility includes preparation and analysis of annual and monthly financial planning.
To create and maintain projected profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.

The Credentials:
Should be a CA or MBA or CA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA - preferably CA.
Minimum of 5-10 years accounting/finance in large company environment, 5 years in Managerial position.
Excellent communication skills with all level of management-capable of making presentations at the highest level.
Excellent organization skills.
Flexibility to handle several tasks/demands efficiently under pressure.
Heavy Excel and financial modeling, ERP experience.
Excellent problem solving skills.Smart, presentable and articulate.
