The Vice President will be accountable for managing and delivering
mega property development projects (Commercial, Residential &
Resort Development) with costs of up to several billion dollars. As a
leader with proven project capabilities, the Vice President will
provide the strategy and tactical capability to the Company for the
delivery of multiple projects on-budget and on-time. This executive
will quickly optimize internal capabilities and processes to ensure
that the Company has the essential elements in place to take on new
projects as necessary. This Executive will bring forward a
multi-disciplinary approach to the management of projects ensuring
that all functions, (engineering, planning, construction, etc), are
productively working in concert from the start to finish of a project,
and will work with the executive team, such that their full support is

Having nearly 15 odd years in the Commercial & Contracts side
gained from either a large contractor (ideally) or a major developer.
You will ensure that the Commercial Managers & QS Managers in
the respective areas of the business are competent in vetting
contract terms and conditions. Responsible for ultimately checking
all Contracts and ensuring their execution. Whilst contributing to risk
identification and management you will be negotiating large
projects, accounts and Joint Ventures. You will take complete
control over commercial / contractual matters & manage lead
adjudications / litigation where necessary. You will be responsible for
all procurement aspects of all major projects & it is expected that the
ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience of a
wide range of contracts and sub-contracts, including FIDIC and
knowledge of Contract Law, ability to identify contractual risks in
bespoke and amended forms. The selected candidate will have
excellent negotiating & communication skills.

Senior Manager - Planning
Experience in Project Controls and planning on large value projects
& must have worked on significant high rise projects, must have
excellent working knowledge of PRIMAVERA. Responsibilities
include scheduling and planning of large complex man hour
projects. Need familiarity with large multi level Work Breakdown
Structure (WBS) and cost controls from a budget and execution
standpoint. Must have the ability to develop an accurate budget and
the ability to monitor it throughout the project. This is a very hands
on position and candidate needs to be willing to get their
"hands dirty".
Salary: Dhs 42 to 45,000 all inclusive
Senior Manager - Projects
Reporting to the VP Projects, you will plan, coordinate, direct and
supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on
projects ensuring that they complete the work on time, within
budget and to the quality specified. Handle multi projects while
serving as the client representative on projects of repute. You will
ideally come from a Project Management or Consulting firm or could
be associated with a client side organization managing multiple
projects. Exposure to High Rise projects is a must while a proven
history of entire project management up to hand-over is an
essential comptency.
