On 21st of June 2005, Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC) was established in accordance with the arraying of the Sewerage Services Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The company's Board of Directors is presided by H.E. Shaikh Dhiyab bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Water Electricity Authority (ADWEA).

LEGAL ADVISOR
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Law.
Minimum of 10 years' experience, with preference given to candidates with higher qualifications and previous experience in research institutes
Good knowledge of English & Arabic is preferable.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. (MS office).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and advice on legal matters through professional standard consultation, guidance and UAE law.
Draft, review, negotiate and interpret contracts for the Co.
Analyze claim of high value submitted to Co. by contractors and others and participate in conciliation, arbitration and court suits.
Interpret and advise on policy, procedures and related matters.

QA SPECIALIST
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in working with quality management systems.
Good knowledge of English & Arabic is preferable.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. (MS office).
Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide strategic direction and guidance on all QA matters to ensure quality control and improvements at all levels, to develop and maintain a Quality Management System to support the delivery of Co. performance objectives.

REGULATION ADVISOR
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Law or Business.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in working with quality management systems.
Good knowledge of English & Arabic is preferable.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. (MS office).
Duties & Responsibilities:
The role of the Regulation Advisor is to advise on all matters of regulation including regulatory strategy and regimes and to assist the organization in the management of all regulation matters.
Experience in Utility Regulation essential.

ENGINEERS
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in working with quality management systems.
Good knowledge of English & Arabic is preferable.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. (MS office).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Engineers are require by ADSSC to the management in a variety of roles and discipline including planning, forecasting, analyses, civil, mechanical, operation & maintenance and electrical and contract engineers.
Wastewater industry experience.
Design background and Project Management experience in Sewerage infrastructure is an advantage.

HSE OFFICER
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of six years' experience in engineering/utility industry, including two as an HSE Officer.
Good knowledge of English & Arabic is preferable.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. (MS office).
Duties & Responsibilities:
To monitor the provision and maintenance of world class safety practices in accordance with
HSE standards and to promote safety improvement and good working practices.
Experience in an operational environment would be desirable.

QA/ QC ENGINEER
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of six years' experience in engineering/utility industry, including two as an HSE Officer.
Auditing experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge QA, ISO systems.
Good knowledge of English & Arabic is preferable.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. (MS office).

Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide strategic direction and guidance on all QA matters to ensure quality control and improvements at all levels, to develop and maintain a Quality Management System to support the delivery of Division performance objectives.
To provide KPI reports and other maintenance data in respect of operational contracts and projects.

PERFORMANCE ENGINEER
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of six years' experience in engineering/utility industry, including two as an HSE Officer.
Good knowledge of Primavera and MS project.
Good knowledge of English & Arabic is preferable.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. (MS office).

Duties & Responsibilities:
To support the O&M Division Manager with technical administration to ensure an effective flow of information between reporting departments.
Wastewater industry experience.
