Peluang Kerja di Mubadala!

Mubadala - the investment holding co for abu dhabi govt is looking for an office manager/coordinator.

Roughly, smoothly manage the administrative part of the project/corporate finance division, as a headhoncho for the three secretaries (locals of course) and make sure all the standard office-secretarial stuffs are in order.

Professional experience 7 yrs plus and with related exposure.
Well-versed in MS Office esp on word, power point, excel etc to edit agreements, slides etc
Excellent PR as an intermediate between the depts & CEO,CFO office, ADIA, Abu Dhabi Govt, Investment Bankers, Lawyers, etc.

Preferably for those who are UAE, ie between jobs, husband's or father'svisa, etc due to the immediate requirements location of work - abu dhabi.
