This is a position that requires a leadership and entrepreneurial oriented individual responsible for the performance, delivery and consistency of the business through designing and planning the strategic/financial cycle and developing vendor/partner relationship. Project management, accounting and budget management, contract negotiations & business development skills, financial & business reporting. You will be maintaining books of accounts up to finalization. Maintain books of accounts up to finalization in a timely and accurate manner, leasing with media/ production department to ensure correctness and cross checking the data. Day to day follow up on collections from debtors to maintain cash flow and maintaining the credit terms with the creditors, to maintain relationship with customers and suppliers. Ensuring the following Activities are carried out with in fixed time frame for reporting on a monthly basis. Closing of sales & cost, Clients confirmation or statements & reconciliation of creditors, maintaining register for fixed assets, deposits, WIP and repayment. We prefer age less than 28 years and commerce graduate with 3 years experience in advertising industry. Computer knowledge, Communication skills interact with clients and suppliers is a must.
You will be the focal print of contact between client and contractor. You will be responsible for booking accommodation, air tickets, and all other supplementary services which the client and contractor may need.

This will include establishing and maintaining Management Information Systems and monitoring mechanisms for recruitment activity. • Create a unique employer brand and ensure SCB is recognized as an employer of choice. • Partner with recruitment consultants locally and globally to drive recruitment efficiencies, improve diversity and manage costs down. • Develop and enhance country talent benchmark through quality recruitment of external hires and strategic moves of talent hires within country and cross border. • Support the global Graduate Associate program and build the local Graduate Associate program. • Partner with the Group on the execution of structured tools for selection that will consistently recruit talented people. • Contribute to group HR strategies in the Resourcing area and ensure that they are aligned with current and future business needs. • Assist Line Managers in interview processes. • Lead and develop a team of talented recruitment specialists.
Main Duties and Responsibilities are varied and include preparation of all documents that require approval from the UAE Government, making sure that the procedures and systems used by the company are up to date and in line with current UAE Government Labor Laws. Advise CEO and applicable staff of changes to current UAE Labor Law and advice on the impacts of these changes to our business. You will be planning function within the agency by promoting an effective culture. Motivating junior staff and assisting the planning director in meeting objectives within the department as well as the agency network. You would be attending client briefings to develop strategic direction on existing business and NB opportunities, steering advertising research on key accounts. Interpreting client briefs and converting to inspiring creative briefings which are on-target. Brand strategy development, assisting PD in introducing and implementing training programs and implementing planning tools. We are looking for graduates in Advertising, Marketing, Mass-communication, and Consumer Psychology. Bi-lingual (Ar/Eng), excellent presentation skills. Experience: 2-3 years experience as an account planner in a leading advertising agency. Additional courses/ degree preferred in brand management/communication.
Main responsibilities include managing and supervising a number of sites and subcontractors on multiple projects. Additional responsibilities will include on time delivery of all site acquisition milestones and ensuring all project quality standards is achieved. You must have two years experience on telecommunication projects with a focus on Site Acquisition and Permitting, strong subcontractor management skills and understand basic legal and permitting principals. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory.

Understand the brief and job requirements to be able to commence and complete the job to a high standard. Manage and delegate jobs within the team to ensure deadlines are met. Use exemplary knowledge on software and hardware techniques and skills to solve problems, apply to the current job, and coach less experienced staff. Web or animation courses and experience would be an advantage. Diploma in DTP, good portfolio and 3 years as Junior Mac Operator is preferable.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and other related documentations. Study and clarify the job workflow for each estimate request. Produce estimate, update suppliers price list on the costing software – production capabilities and techniques – Sub – contractor prices. Gather production data. Prepare and analyze reports accordingly. Calculate production margin vs. product. Perform other tasks for the Division within its scope of work when instructed by upper line of authority as per Org. chart. Preferably graduate of Bacc2 + TS3 or university degree major in accounting or finance, at least 10 years in a similar position, male (30-40), active, dynamic, has computer knowledge and bi-lingual.
Required Web Technology Skills include: ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript/Javascript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML and MS Sql Server Database.3+ Years of experience in building web based applications, Experience with overall webportal development strategy and implementation, experience in using Dreamweaver and Visual , ability to strategize and create metadata and security models, Experience with data and content migration, Experience with creating and customizing program workflows, and sub-workflows
