CONTRACTS & PRICING OFFICER

The right candidate should be a Commerce Graduate, preferably with a Catering Diploma, with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
He will be reporting to the Contracts & Pricing Manager, will be responsible for the departmental accounting functional activities in line with company policies and procedures.
Maintain efficient co-ordination and provide assistance to the Contracts & Pricing Manager as required for the proper performance of the core business activities.
In addition, also co-ordinate with Catering Operations and Production Departments and provide assistance as required.
Attend meal presentation before processing the menu price quotation.
Review menu component cost and work out meal selling price, propose selling price based on established comparatives, historical data, mark-up and budgeted ratios and margins. Ensure the finalized prices are arithmetically correct and very precise to a product.
Prepare the menu price quotation as per specification and check before forwarding to clients.
Preparation and proper maintenance of airline catering service agreement and any other annexure to the agreement.

A large group into Investment and Real Estate ventures is on th look out for an excellent Chartered Accountant with at least 5yrs of experience with any of the BIG 4 Consulting firms, preferably with an exposure to the Real Estate Investments.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - CFO
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate with Benefits
Required for one of the largest property Developers in Abu Dhabi a highly dynamic CFO who would also be a part of the Board and report directly to the CEO. Direct the Company’s Financial and Investment Functions. Develop financial and investment strategies to facilitate the achievement of the company’s vision and strategic objectives. Direct the establishment of financial and accounting policies and procedures, standards and internal controls. The candidate should have a Degree in Finance/Accounting (Master is preferred) with ACA, or CPA qualifications + 15 years with at least 3 years as CFO. Experience in real estate is preferred. Strong experience of strategic management including goal setting, decision making, negotiation and risk management.

FINANCE DIRECTOR: Arabic/ Westerner
Salary AED: 30000-40,000 - Location: Dubai
Excellent opening with Semi-Government company; required Master‚s degree in Finance or Economics, with 15 to 20 years of work experience. Must be Computer literacy, including the use of economic and financial spreadsheets, database systems and presentation software. Possess inclination and ability for business analyses with good time and project management skills. Must have Good written and spoken English skills. Responsible for managing and coordinating of the Finance Department core functions. Act as an advisor on major strategic and operational issues and manage the financial and planning functions. He would develop, recommend and execute the overall financial strategy
