Asset Management Manager & Officers
Job Summary:
Manage and complete the assigned tasks to the requirement and satisfaction of company management under the overall supervision of the Operation Manager.
Follow up on timely collection of customer dues and critically follow up on past due amounts.
Take remedial action to safeguards company interest with regard to delinquent accounts, involving the company's legal advisor where necessary.
Manage syndication back office operations (ongoing liaison with client, liaison with syndicate participants, co-ordination with M & S, SFI, Legal, Treasury, Finance and other internal departments of company.
Ensure periodic compliance by the clients under the relevant financing documentation (financial clauses, financing reporting, valuations, renewal of insurance and guarantees, etc.) and ensure particularly those forming security are validated and effective at all times.
Recommend and develop systems and procedures for Asset Management Department functions and propose improvements to the existing systems and procedures. Document, obtain approvals and amend as needed from time to time.
Perform remedial management procedures and action plans including follow up with lawyers and follow up under any legal actions against or by clients.
Coordinate in providing timely information for maintaining a reliable and effective "Central Asset Management' System.
Coordinate, assist and liaise with the internal Auditors, external Auditors or any other regulatory officer during their inspection and review of the AMD Operations.
Prepare various internal reports to management and to funding participants (as per the terms of agreement)
Help develop the skills of the team members.
Conduct site visits to update the progress of finance / investment projects.
Perform other tasks assigned by the senior management from time to time.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required. CPA, CA, or CFA degree is preferred.
3 to 5 years minimum past experience as mentioned in job summary.Excellent communications skills.
Fluency in the English language & Arabic will be a plus point.

Investment Analyst
Job Summary:
Provide analytical support for special investment & real estate projects through understanding of corporate finance, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, capital budgeting, profit and loss, time value of money, proforma statements, and mergers and acquisitions.
Work independently to develop project plans, methodologies and assumptions.
Communicate this information on paper and create presentations that highlight financial performance for senior management, present and defend these assumptions.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required. MBA or CPA is preferred.
Previous 3 to 5 years experience in the field of investment or real estate Financial Analysis.
Strong financial modeling skills. Analytical, project management, presentation and verbal abilities.
Oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software packages.
Fluency in the English language.

Senior Financial Analyst
Candidate Qualifications:
University degree in finance from well known university. Accredit certificate from professional body such as CMA or CFA would be an advantage.
At least 10 years of experience in Financial Analysis in investment field (new and current projects) including risk and performance analysis.
Extensive experience in the analysis of B. O. T. projects is a must
The candidate must be presentable and having strong interpersonal & communication skills with diplomacy and discretion.
Strong presentation skills (the candidate regularly will perform presentation to Owners, Senior Management and Governmental key persons)
Fluency in English – Arabic would be an advantage
Ability to work under high work pressure with high quality performance.

Swimming Pool Centre Manager
Job Summary:
Manages and oversees the overall technical and commercial operations of the company, and guides and directs his team and manages their performance.
Prepares the Annual Business plan for the company, with input from his direct reports and submits to HQ for approval.
Prepares the Annual Budget for the company and submits to HQ for approval.
Prepares and submits monthly progress reports highlighting the performance of the company to HQ.
Assesses the market for his specific offering(s) and identifies target sectors and managed and target accounts for the year.
Provides input to HQ and communicates the marketing needs of the company, and prepares/implements the Annual Marketing Plan.
Handles bidding decisions for critical projects and provides input to HQ, and reviews outgoing technical and commercial proposals.
Identifies market share, and performs competition analysis, to ensure goals achievement.
Assigns quotes and targets to his direct reports and monitors their progress.
Invests to client relations, brings in new opportunities and handles client problems escalated to him.
Identifies a need or opportunity for the development of a new product for the company and communicates to HQ.
Assesses staffing reeds, and gets involved in the selection decision of new staff.
Evaluates the performance of his direct reports and reviews and approves the performance evaluations of his indirect reports.
Prepares a training plan for his direct reports and reviews and approves the training plan submitted by his direct reports for their staff.
Sets and approves the workflow of the different departments of the company.
Provides guidance to different staff member that helps achieving company goals and objectives.
Performs order processing from different suppliers, and sets/ensures stock levels, while selecting the fast moving items rather that stagnant/slow moving items.
Monitors account receivables, cash flow status, and instruct account payables.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering: Civil or architect
Minimum 12-15 years experience in the technical field, with at least 5 years experience in a relevant managerial position.
