The Challenges:
To achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales volume objectives.
To maintain accurate sales forecasts
To attain division distribution, operator penetration, pricing and merchandising/promotional objectives
To keep promotional spending within pre-defined targets
To ensure invoice deductions within invoice due date and all invoices paid within credit limits.
To complete annual reviews.
To present and recommend possible changes to sales coverage to order to maximize sales potential.
To develop personal relationships with at least the top 10 Key Account in the region.
To identify and penetrate national accounts in the region.
To understand and have relationships with key operator customer in the top markets.
To utilize budget to grow key operator accounts within predefined budgets.
To plan and implement annual promotional plan with all key accounts.
To develop selling tools for key account representatives.
To implement price increases and monitor contracts and adjust pricing based on current market price.
To do monthly and annual forecasting of key accounts business.
To do monthly management reports due to the General Manager.
The Credentials:
Bachelors degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration from an accredited University.
Minimum of 8 years experience in FMCG beverage company with at least 5 years in consumer products retail sales.
In-depth knowledge of marketing processes and product management.
Good people skills with high level of proficiency in customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and professional selling skills.
Strong entrepreneurial analytical skills for market and competitive trends analysis.
Highly innovative with exceptional ability to conceptualize and implement sales strategies.
Excellent knowledge of MS office packages.
