Min Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent with 15 years oil, gas and petro-chemical industry.

Role: Manages and delivers all business support activities necessary to sustain the Engineering & Ventures business functions required in the current expansion cycle. This includes cost and schedule planning for all expansion projects, other than QG-II, business improvement initiatives, training and career development, operations and maintenance information services, project information services, E&V budget and cost control, technical and administrative support. Defines and manages corporate strategy for document and records management and retention. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Min requirements: University degree in Mechanical Engineering with around12 year's experience in design and maintenance of rotating equipment with at least 10 year's in the petroleum / gas processing plant or similar industry. Good written and spoken English. Computer literacy, involving the regular use of data base, spreadsheet and engineering design software.
Role: Analyze existing or proposed rotating equipment and turbo-machinery including systems for onshore plant and offshore production facilities and prepare/review engineering design work connected with minor or major capital projects and expenses items, for modifications or alternations to the existing facilities or installation of new rotating equipment, either by the Maintenance department, if the work is done in-house, or through outside contractors. Study and analyze complex or recurring problems relating to rotating equipment and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform shop and field test for existing or new equipment, prepare start-up or overhaul procedures, QA/QC on rotating equipment, troubleshooting, reliability improvement review, maintain and update equipment drawings, standards, procedures and specifications.

TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Location: Qatar
Min Requirements: University Graduates with a Degree in Human Resources Management or Training, or equivalent with 6 years experience in general training administration in a major industrial environment. Computer literacy, including the use of spreadsheets, database systems and specialized training administration software. Previous supervisory responsibilities with working knowledge of training principles and procedures and good analytic skills. Very good spoken and written English.
Basic Function and Scope: Supervises, plans and coordinates all non-technical/generic training conducted either in-house or externally on behalf of the Company. Liaises regularly with Department Managers, Training Coordinators, On Job Training Supervisor, Career Development Supervisors and opposite numbers in the QGPC Corporate Training & Development Departments, affiliate companies and local governmental and educational institutions on matters pertaining to the Company's training requirements. Negotiates and establishes with key policy-makers the role of training in the Company. Advises Management on training requirements for fresh graduates and Direct Hires. Manages preparation of the Annual Training Plan and prepares budget estimates for non-technical training and operation of the Training Centre. Negotiates and secures the supply and availability of systems, instructional and technical support personnel, facilities and materials to deliver necessary learning events. Identifies training needs in consultation with heads of departments and supervisors and classifies needs into logical, functional categories. Develops and maintains internal resource capabilities sufficient to meet strategic needs. Evaluates training provisions and materials and submits evaluation reports. Compiles and issues the Company's half-yearly Training Catalog. Sources appropriate external programs at partner companies or other acceptable local or overseas training establishments as required. Manages all English Language Programs and develops, procures and administers assessments including recruitment tests. Coordinates the company's local and Overseas English Language Programs for national employees. Manages the activities of the Company's Training Centre. Maintains custody of the Company's training assets and controls the issue and movement of training equipment. Develops and maintains the corporate training records database system and compiles periodic reports to management on training activities.

A leading distributor of heavy construction machinery in UAE wishes to employ the following additional personnel.

WORKSHOP MANAGER
Must have previous experience in management and supervision. This is a key position and in addition to the management, administrative and organisational duties, the manager is expected to be fully conversant with shop-floor activities and will lead the team of supervisors and mechanics.

SERVICE ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR
Must have good understanding of accountancy procedures and general office admin. Must have previous Middle East experience in a supervisory role. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously been involved in heavy engineering industry.

SERVICE ANALYST (Technically competent)
To work with databases and incoming information to assemble statistics and reports to enable management to assess performance and identify trends. The job will include producing regular reports to principals overseas. The Service Analyst will require an engineering background in order to provide replacement for Warranty administrator during times of leave or absence.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANICS & FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS
Must be able to show at least 10 years experience involved with the repair of heavy machinery and must have previous Middle East experience for all the above positions candidates should have a good level of general education and some relevant qualifications. References from previous employers will be required. They must have very good spoken and written English to be able to work with manuals and manufacturers documentation. They must be able to work in a multicultural environment.

PARTS SALES MANAGER
Must have previous Managerial experience gained with in a sales orientated business preferable within the heavy equipment/machinery industry.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
